Insurance and Cost
We accept most insurance including Medicare, Medicaid, Ambetter, Health Advantage, Cigna, Aetna, Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, UMR, AllWell, and Coventry . You can call ahead to the office to have staff verify your benefits and determine the applicable co-pay or fees. Physical therapy requires a referral from a physician for all insurance. We also accept patients that do not have insurance. You may call and ask about the time-of-service discounts we offer.
