Who We Are

At Integrity Health Centers, we are committed to providing you quality healthcare, tailored to your personal needs. We strive to offer health solutions and prevent you from unnecessary surgery. The providers and staff genuinely care for their patients and their well-being.

We are conveniently located on Hwy 65 next to Nature’s Wonders and Ace Hardware.

Integrity Health Centers offers chiropractic, physical therapy, Active Release Therapy, Kinesio Tape and various other therapies to address a wide variety of conditions. We also provide in-house x-rays and sports physicals.

  • Integrity Health Centers is a chiropractic and physical therapy clinic located in Harrison, AR since 2007.
  • Dr. Nathan Mulanax is a board certified chiropractic physician. He is also certified in Kinesio Tape and Active Release Technique (ART) and provides nutritional counseling.
  • Sam Wilson, PT joined the clinic in July 2015. Sam has a clinical background which includes outpatient rehab services and sports medicine. He provides one-on-one physical therapy services at Integrity Health Centers five days a week.
  • Dr. Justin Thompson joined the clinic in November 2013. He provides chiropractic care, physiotherapy and nutritional counseling.
  • Dr Lindsey has been practicing since 2008. She joined Integrity Health Centers in April 2019. She provides chiropractic care, ionic footbath detoxes, NAET Therapy, and nutritional counseling.

Dr. Nathan Mulanax

Chiropractor

  • Undergraduate Degrees: Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and Bachelor’s of Science in Human Biology from Logan College of Chiropractic
  • Doctorate Degree: Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, MO
  • Church: CrossRoads Community Church
  • Interests: Spending time with my wife and three amazing kids, working around the house and yard, going to the lake in the summer, and travelling (when possible)
  • Favorite Quote: “Whether you think you can or you think you can’t – you’re right.”
  • Something funny about me: I can’t sing
  • Something I love: Peanuts and peanut butter and brussels sprouts (not together)
  • Something I hate: Traffic

Dr. Justin Thompson

Chiropractor

  • Doctorate: Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallax, TX
  • Interest and hobbies: Traveling, hiking, kayaking, Crossfit, Dallas Cowboys and the Atlanta Braves
  • What I love: My amazing family
  • More about me: Every patient is different with their own unique needs. I take a whole body approach and develop a specific treatment plan for each patient.
  • I served as an ambassador for Harrison for several years, as well as a board member for relay for life.

Dr Lindsey Sims

Chiropractor
  • Family: Family of five and multiple furry members
  • Undergraduate degrees: Bachelor of Science in Biology with Chemistry/Health Minors from University of Ozarks Clarksville, AR; Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Logan University Chesterfield, MO
  • Doctorate Degree: Logan University Chesterfield, MO
  • Interests: Spending time with my family (especially doing things in nature), gardening, hiking, Jeeping, going to the river and lake, cooking, and reading
  • Favorite quote: I love quotes, so this one is hard for me! “You can’t be full of faith and full of fear at the same time.”
  • Something funny about me: I am short and always have to have taller people reach things for me.
  • Something I hate: People being disrespectful/rude
  • Sum yourself up in one sentence: As long as I can remember, I have wanted to nurture and care for those around me. Luckily, included in God’s plan, was not only for me to have my family and friends, but a profession in which this is vital. I am grateful and appreciative daily for my patients.
  • Dr Lindsey is a whole family Chiropractor, who specializes in NAET (Allergy and Sensitivity Elimination), Nutrition, and Detox.

Sam Wilson

Physical Therapist
  • Family: Married 33 years to wife Amy with 2 daughters Audrey and Andi
  • Undergraduate Degree: Bachelor of Science in Health and Applied Science University of Central Arkansas. Received his Master of Science in Physical Therapy at University of Central Arkansas.
  • Experience: Combined 18 years of Outpatient Clinical, Inpatient Acute Care and Home Health Care in Physical Therapy
  • Interests: I like to play most any sport especially golf and basketball (even though I am not good at either). I love to laugh and sing, and I love the simple things that just make life enjoyable.
  • Favorite Quote: “Physical Therapists don’t cause pain, we just expose it.”
  • Why Physical Therapy: I really feel that God called me into this ministry of healing hurt people, so I can help make a difference in the lives of hurting people.
  • Church: Harrison Faith Assembly of God
  • Something funny about me: I played for the Arkansas Razorbacks – football and basketball. I even played one game for the Dallas Cowboys (I was in the band).

Anna Harlan

Office Manager
  • Hometown: Harrison, AR
  • Family: Married with 3 rotten, but lovable children
  • Degree: Business in Administrative Support
  • Church: Green Forest Assembly of God
  • Interest and Hobbies: Being goofy, hiking, swimming, camping, making cakes, spending time with my husband and kids, watching a good “chick flick” and reading

  • What I love: My family and Jesus
  • What I dislike: spiders, laundry and water chestnuts
  • Why I love my job: I enjoy who I work with; they are a great team. In the insurance world there is constant change and I accept the challenge. I thrive on staying busy and I can’t stand sitting for long periods of time. I have always wanted to work in the medical field but decided to get my business degree. So now I utilize my degree and work with patients everyday – a perfect combination.

Danielle Downes

Receptionist
  • Hometown: Harrison, AR
  • School: I attended Bergman school most of my school-aged years, and I can’t wait for my kids to become Bergman Panthers. I finished my high school years being home schooled.

  • Interest and Hobbies: reading books, playing sports, being a mom, hanging out with my family and friends, and watching my favorite teams: the Cardinals and the Razorbacks.

  • What am I afraid of: My husband’s exact words, “Driving across a creek slab when there is even a little bit of flowing water.”
  • Why I love my job: I enjoy my co-workers; I work with a great team. I like working with the public. Patients come in hurting and leave feeling better. It’s rewarding to work at a doctor’s office that takes care of their patients and makes them a priority. I have definitely learned a lot working here, and I appreciate the challenge this job brings!
